What was intended to finish in 6-8 months ended up taking 2 years.

I had set out to make a city drenched in neon, utopian, tableaus of people with purpose, bustling, rats in alleys, vehicles in the skies, glowing blinking lights of commerce, robots weaving through crowds in hot pursuit, rebellion, sirens, explosions, sounds of steam, horns and dialects.

I managed to pull off some of this, somewhat.

But if it were not for the stock art, the stock models, the audio libraries, the amazing tools, rZee and Unreal engine, I would have pulled off far less.

Listed below are the names of all the individuals and organizations whose works I have used in the game. (I might have missed a few).

In the process of fitting their works to my needs, I have ended up decimating and mutating them. Therefore, if it looks or sounds bad, I am solely to blame.
